The biggest offshore fabricator in Indonesia and one of the largest offshore construction companies in the world requires proficient, efficient, and highly motivated individuals for the following position

1. AQIS (Australian Quarantine Inspector Service) Inspector

2. AQIS (Australian Quarantine Inspector Service) Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

v Develop the project Quarantine Management Plan and monitor its implementation.(1)

v Develop the project Emergency Response Plan (Quarantine) and coordinate response drills and exercises as required.(1)

v Coordinate quarantine inspections with QA/QC inspections to ensure ongoing quarantine compliance (2)

v Coordinate the development and design of Quarantine signage and other awareness material to be displayed throughout the facility (2)

v Coordinate the final cleaning of PAU/PAR’s (2)

v Coordinate with PMT AQIS inspection PARs/PAUs at the yard immediately prior to shipment (2)

v Conduct and coordinate on-going quarantine inspections undertaken during fabrication of PARs/PAUs (1)

v Conduct and coordinate Scheduled inspections during commissioning and testing (ITP)

v Embrace a quarantine culture in daily work practices (1)

v Report, investigate and record all quarantine breaches and incidents potentially resulting in quarantine non-compliance.(1)

Requirements

v Engineering Bachelor Degree or related field

v 3 year experiences in HSE Managements system

v Good knowledge about Emergency preparedness, Quarantine Compliance Management, drills, international signage, hazards communications

v Strong personality and good coordination skill.

v Fluent in English both verbal and written.

1. Instrument Engineer

Requirement

· Instrumentation/Electronics graduate with min. 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Custody Transfer Gas Metering, Instrumentation and Control, Industrial / Process Automation systems

· Skilled in project cost estimation and technical proposal preparation

· Knowledge in preparation of instrument specifications sheet involving transmitter, control valves, pressure and level gauges, orifice plates, pressure and flow switches

· Familiar with RTU, PLC and ESD, P & IDs including material take off

· Resourceful and success oriented

3. Engineering Manager

Requirement

· Degree in Instrumentation, with minimum 10 years working experience in Oil & Gas industries

· Good understanding of industrial codes and
standards, preferably Custody Transfer Metering

· Minimum 7 years hands-on experience, in E&I Engineering and Design

· Knowledge in PLC and HMI programming will be advantage

· Strong and proven knowledge on Process, Piping, Pipelines, Instrumentation and basic operational & control philosophies in Oil & Gas

Responsibilities :

1) Develop and ensures compliance with process and client requirements of layout studies, specifications,
equipment drawings and detail and construction drawings.

2) Prepares bid tabulations for the selection of materials and equipment

3) Support sales on product specification and conceptual design

4) Any other ad-hoc missions and /or tasks as assigned by management



4. SOLUTION ARCHITECT (1 person)

Qualification:

· Hold a minimum S1 degree from related major, with 5 years experiences

· Having expert knowledge & experienced in SOA (service oriented architecture)

· Experienced in liaising and negotiating with technical groups and technology/application vendors

· Experienced in J2EE, Oracle, MySQL, UNIX/LINUX, PostgreSQL & BEA WebLogic products

· Having knowledge in business process for telecommunication industry is a big advantage

· Able to handle project with tight deadline

· Fast learner with strong attention in details and self motivated

· Well organized person with positive attitude and high integrity

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· A good team player

· Excellent in English both oral and written



5. Java Analyst Programmer

Qualification:

· Hold a minimum of S1 degree from related major with 3 years experiences in programming.

· Fresh graduates are considerable

· Experienced in Java, J2EE, Ajax, XML, Oracle, MySQL, UNIX/LINUX, PostgreSQL & BEA WebLogic products

· Familiar with java frameworks such as : struts, hibernate, log4j, etc

· Having knowledge in business process for telecommunication industry is a big advantage

· Able to handle project with tight deadline

· Fast learner with strong attention in details and self motivated

· Well organized person with positive attitude and high integrity

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· A good team player

· Excellent in English both oral and written



6. Account Manager

Qualification :

· Male or Female, age 26 - 35 years

· Hold a minimum of S1 degree from related major

· Attractive appearance with pleasant personality, honest and possess a high degree of integrity

· Has sales experiences in Telco / Banking / Oil and Gas company

· Has min 3 years experiences in IT or System Integration company would be an advantage

· Computer literate

· Excellent in English, both oral and written

· Able to work under pressure & target oriented

· Good presentation and communication skill



7. Sales Manager

Qualification :

· Male or female, age 35 - 45 years

· Having minimum a bachelor degree in IT or electrical engineering. A master degree will be an advantage

· Have a minimum 5 years experience in same position

· Preferably has experiences in IT/telecommunication/banking industry

· Excellent knowledge in sales & marketing concepts with proven good sales achievement track record

· Experience in handling direct sales team and distribution

· Create, implement & familiar with the planning of marketing and promotion program of IT related company

· Have a good networking and equipped with great leadership, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills

· Have a problem solving skill with a strong analysis, orientation to target and concern with conceptual details

· A good self starter with a willingness to work under pressure with target

· Converse and write well in English

· Any certificate related to this position will be an advantage



8. Accounting Supervisor

Qualification :

· Hold S1 degree from related major

· Having 2 years experience in accounting field

· Experienced in making consolidation report, cash flow and handle tax

· Familiar with accounting software and has an excellent skill in using Microsoft excel

· Fluent in English and self motivated

· Hard worker and able to work under pressure and tight deadline

· Well organized person with positive attitude and high integrity

· Fast learner with strong attention in details

· A good team player



9. Budget & COST Control

Job Description :

· Monitor the expense/project cost against budget by project, including releasing PO & processing unbudgeted expenditure

· Asist in preparation of OPEX & CAPEX budget by project

· Providing the project cost report, financial control & profitability, including analysis

· Responsible to coordinate, control and drive the cost of each project, work together with each reated Project Manager to maximize project result

· Communicate the budget vs cost expense within the project management organization

· Prepare PL by project and analysis to management

Requirements :

· Hold S1 degree, majoring in Accounting/Finance

· Having minimum 2 years experience with similar function

· Excellent computer skills especially excel spreadsheet is a must

· Possess sound communication and interpersonal skill

· Have positive attitude and high integrity

· Strong in details

· High initiative and hands-on attitude as well as good organizing skills

· Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

· Experience working on Big Four Public Accountant firm would be preferable



10. Project Manager

Requirements:

· Male, 35 - 45 years old

· Diploma degree in Civil Engineering and Mechanic Engineering

· > 10 Years in Plant Construction (PLTA,PLTU, PLTMH, PLTD)

· Have good knowledge in create a work plan, project budget, the allocation of labor, human resource optimization

· Have good inter-personal skill, proactive, initiative, discipline, good attitude, team work and hard worker.
